IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE TAKE CLEAR PICTURES OR RECORD A VIDEO AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE PACKAGE AND SEND PROOF RIGHT AWAY. IF PROOF IS PROVIDED, WE WILL REVIEW THE ISSUE AND MAY REPLACE THE DAMAGED VIAL/ITEM.

IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER, PLEASE FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER FIRST. CARRIER REIMBURSEMENT MAY COVER UP TO $100 MAX. IF APPROVED AND THERE IS STILL A REMAINING BALANCE, WE MAY HELP COVER THE DIFFERENCE.
